We offer several service options to choose from:

1. On-Site: Sometimes it is best to come on-site to repair computer problems.  This is especially true for businesses that can't be without their computers for long or situations where the problem occurs as an interaction between other devices or users.  In either case, it is often beneficial to work on a computer in its regular work environment.  However, sometimes computers need to warm up before they start malfunctioning, or need lengthy scans.  These hours would quickly add up if the service is performed on site.  In these cases, we recommend pulling the computer to the shop for scanning and repairs.
2. In-Shop: Too busy to wait around your office while extensive scans are being performed? Our in-shop service is for you!  Most people are too busy with life to worry about waiting around for repairs, so we meet that need by offering a full service computer repair solution.
   • Free Pickup and Delivery: Our technician will pick up and deliver the computer equipment free of charge within Santa Fe city limits.  Round trip fees are charged from city limits to / from customers outside city limits.
   • Lower Service Fees: Our shop fees are less than our on-site fees, and we normally don't charge for 'cooking time'.  This helps keep your bill down.  In fact, we normally charge flat 'book rates', similar to an auto mechanic.  This helps us give you a more accurate estimate for the services we provide.
   • Diminished Repair Time: Repairing a trouble computer in a lab with specialized tools is much more efficient than doing the same repair on-site with portable tools.  Our fully-equipped repair lab gives us the ability to work on multiple computers at once; using high speed Internet connections, the latest in commercial and proprietary analysis software, and modern repair techniques and tools.
3. By Remote: Most computer problems are caused by software errors, improper setup, and user error.  We can address all these issues on any computer in the world- so long as the computer is able to establish an internet connection.  Using our remote software, we can access your computer through a secure Internet connection.  You can see everything we do as we work on your system.  We can also deliver remote training in this way.  We are very excited about offering this service, as it projects our technical expertise and saves fuel and the environment.  Our customers love having us connect by remote and having them up and running again in a few minutes.
4. After Hours: Sometimes having your computer repaired during business hours is not an option.  Retail businesses and busy offices cannot afford to have their computers or servers down in the middle of the day, while they are trying to do business, that's why we offer after hours computer repair service.  We can come to your business after hours and work on your computers so they are up and running in time for the next business day.  This helps maximize your computer availability and minimize costly down time.
5. Emergencies: We offer emergency computer repair service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  After your emergency page comes in, our technician will contact you within an hour and will be on-site within 4 hours to evaluate the situation and make a plan to get you back in business as quickly as possible.
