Antivirus Installation and Configuration- We install, update, and configure your computer with high-quality antivirus solutions from Symantec for maximum protection against viruses and adware.

Virus Scan and Removal- All local hard drives on your computer are scanned for virus infection. If viruses are found, we remove the virus from your system and try to recover and repair any infected files.

Windows Update- Scan for and install all critical Windows updates and useful patches.  This procedure helps keep your computer secure by repairing (or 'patching') security threats inherent in the operating system.

Backup / DataGuard- Use our Dataguard Backup system to keep your data safely backed up on our system while we repair your computer.  We keep your backup on file for two weeks, in case there are any files you forgot to restore

Computer Setup (Existing System)- Our experienced technician will come to your site and assemble your computer and peripherals, as well as install and configure your software.  This service helps assure your system is up and running in the least amount of time with the greatest amount of stability

Data Transfer- We can transfer data between any two computers using various methods of connectivity and data exchange.  Have an old computer you want to upgrade and you want to keep your files?  No problem!  Your new computer will have a fresh operating system install, along with all your old documents and program settings.

Diagnosis/Troubleshooting- Using the latest diagnostic and analysis techniques we will get to the root of your computer's problems for a thorough and speedy repair.  At CyberTech we never cut corners on your computer repair.

Install/Update Software- Installing and updating software on your computer can be very difficult.  Software often needs to be patched to close security holes or fix bugs in the program.  Sometimes these updates can be quite large and require a high speed internet connection.  We will install the latest software patches available from the manufacturer of your hardware and software.  Best of all, we charge a flat rate for this service, so even if the patch is large and takes a long time to complete, you pay one low price.

Installation and Configuration of Hard Drive- Sometimes hard drives fail or users want to add an additional drive to their computers to increase storage capacity.  We will install, partition, and format your hard drive.  If you are replacing a low capacity drive with a higher capacity unit, we will transfer all your data as well.

Setup and Test E-mail- We setup your internet dialer, install and setup your internet browser and setup and test your e-mail client.

Network Maintenance and Management-

System Benchmarking (Speed Test all Subsystems)- With all the confusing technical terms used for different components in your computer, how can you really know how fast your system performs?  We use the latest speed testing technology to scan all your computer subsystems for speed.  You can use this speed index to determine which parts of your computer to upgrade for specific tasks, or which computers in your office need to be retired.
