- Manage VPN Clients – If you have (or want) remote users, we can set you up or just provide support for your existing virtual private network (VPN) system.
- Operating System and Software Updates – We can monitor your critical software and operating system for outstanding updates to keep your computing environment stable, secure, and up-to-date.

- After-hours Support ($135 per hour) – After-hours support is ideal for businesses that cannot take their computers down for service during the day, and prefer to have them worked on after hours.
- Emergency Support ($180 per hour) – Emergencies can come any time of the day or night. That’s why we are also available any time of the day or night. Our emergency service will provide phone support usually within an hour, and if a technician needs to come on-site, they are usually there within 2 hours.
