Our Virus & Spyware Removal service:

This service typically runs 3 to 4 hours (plus scanning time).

Free antivirus is included, commercial antivirus typically runs approx $45.

Note that scanning time can take various amounts of time, depending on the speed of the computer and the amount of data contained on the hard drive. We always scan the system at least twice; once during the analysis phase and again after the repair phase, to be sure all viruses and security threats have been removed.  We don't normally charge for scanning time, we just ask that you be patient during the process.
